Terms

This page is a starting draft for Advanced Beauty Suites. Have someone who knows your rules read it before you rely on it.

Booking

You book a time with us. We confirm it by email. Please arrive on time. If you are very late we may need to shorten or move the visit.

Changing a time

Changes and cancellations: contact us.

Paying

Some visits are paid when you book. Some are paid at the visit. The service page and your confirmation say which. If we ask for a deposit or a card to hold your time, the booking page says what is kept if you miss the visit without telling us.

Your visit

Tell us anything we need to know to look after you. If a treatment is not right for you that day, we will say so.
