Privacy

This page is a starting draft for Advanced Beauty Suites. Have someone who knows your rules read it before you rely on it.

What we collect

When you book, join a list, or send a message, we may keep your name, email, and phone number. If you fill in a form about your skin or your health, we keep that so we can look after you at the visit.

How we use it

We use it to confirm your visit, to remind you, and to answer you. We do not sell it. We do not use a health form to advertise.

Visit measurement

This site can count visits. That is off until you tap Accept analytics. Necessary cookies always run so the site works. Our booking page may use an advertising pixel to measure the ads that bring people here, but only if you accept marketing cookies when the booking page asks, and never with anything from a health form.

Who else sees it

If you pay online, the card company sees the card. We see that the payment went through. Our bookings, reminders and emails run on a booking service that keeps your details for us and does not use them for anything else. Email about your visit goes through the tools we use to send it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as we need them for your visits and for our own records. You can ask us to delete what we hold.
